Cancelling your appointment

It is not a problem If you are unable to keep your appointment, but we kindly ask for 48-hour notice, so we have time to offer your appointment to a client on our cancellation wait list.

 

No Show Appointments:  

For no show appointments we are happy to give 3 chances if you are a no show with no notice or less than 48-hour notice.

 

how it works:

 

1st time – $50 holding deposit is taken as a fee to cover this appointment

 

2nd time – 50% of the appointment cost must paid prior to booking.

 

3rd time – full payment is taken in advance in order to book this appointment

 

If you do not show up to these appointments without 48hrs notice, then the deposit paid is taken as a fee to cover the missed appointment cost.

 

Late Arrivals:  

Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may be subject to have their appointment services shortened or rescheduled.

 

Please try and be on time. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early, this allows us to provide the best service, not only for you but also for our other clients.

We understand that life happens & and plans change which may cause a guest to arrive late, in this instance we will do absolutely everything to help accommodate. However, in some situations it may be appropriate to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

 

After you have reserved your appointment by paying your holding deposit, should a cancellation be necessary, we require a minimum of 48hrs hours’ notice ahead of your appointment time.

 

Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without enough notice.

This notification is courtesy which enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. Due to scheduling commitment to other clients’ who have made bookings, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.

Rebooking:

To guarantee availability flexibility of your preferred booking time for your next appointment, we recommend that you reserve your next booking before you leave.
